The Bible institute’s mission is to train young men and women to be pastors, teachers, and Christian workers, equipped academically through Bible classes taught by pastors and Christian teachers and developed spiritually through chapel hour services and active participation in the soul-winning program of the institute. The young people who enroll at the institute attend classes during weekdays and volunteer as Christian workers in their assigned churches on the weekends. In addition, the students participate in the outreach program of the Bethesda Independent Baptist Church in Payatas. The young women teach children in the Jesus Loves Me Feeding and Teaching Ministry, while the young men lead Bible studies to the scavengers (people in the community who gather and sell recyclable materials from the city dumpsite located in the area). The institute aims to educate young people who will return to their communities and actively participate in the church planting program.
